This is not an option in native dashboards today. It should be later this quarter.

Could you elaborate more on sending it via email? From my understanding, the current dashboard feature highlights its search and interactive experience, are you referring to sending it as a PDF format via email to the broader organization? I would love to understand your use case a little bit better.

I support wanting the ability to email them. The older classic dashboards are emailable. 
The use-case is that maybe I want a very customized Native Dashboard sent to my GRC team weekly.
