We want to enable GCP SecOps, but when we go to the SecOps enablement page, it only provides a "Contact Us" option. We contacted GCP support, and they told us to first complete the GCP SecOps Certification (exam). Our team has already passed the exam and now has certified professionals who are capable of enabling and managing SecOps.

However, GCP support is still directing us to Mandiant, saying that only they can enable it. We don’t understand why this is required when we already have certified people on our team who know how to enable and work with SecOps.

Can you please clarify why involving Mandiant is mandatory, despite us having the necessary expertise and certification?
