I am looking into the SecOps platform and seen that the incident manager will be deprecated in 2025. is there a replacing tool introduced instead?

This is not being replaced. We have been building the SecOps to be more granular in capabilties and therefore are recommending the usage there.
Case management has the capability of collaborator.
Dashboards can be replaced with Advanced reporting.
The case wall within a case itself can be used to track incidents.
