For new access, there is no option to download community on-prem anymore. you can access the cloud edition by creating instance.

There are some connectors that are being adjusted to the community edition and will be available soon in the community edition.

As you know we have launched our free Siemplify Community Cloud Version several Months ago which is now the official community edition we are supporting. The option we can propose is to check if the services are running and run the following command to start the Server service -

systemctl restart Siemplify.Server.service

We would highly recommend to get access to our cloud version which includes the latest release and features.
