I filled out a Contact Us form over a month ago and I got a reply from a Google sales team member. Had to fill it out a couple of times before someone got back. Did book a meeting, gather some basic information etc, no active communication even after I followed up multiple times. Absolutely 0 information was provided on how to sign up for Chronicle SIEM.
The first experience is daunting.
Frustration aside, how do I sign up for Chronicle SIEM?
Is there any trial period available?

I would get with your existing partner development manager to discuss. There is a separate process for SecOps depending on what region you are in.
+1You can purchase Google SecOps via a partner or you can work directly with a Google rep. Most partners will want to work with Google during the sales cycle.
Did the Google rep do any qualification of the deal, or did they just collect your details?

Thank you for the direction here.
We are based in North America. Had a couple of conversations with the SecOps Sales team. They do not offer a new partner sign-up due to a lack of resources on the Google team. On the other hand, they said about 100 partners are working globally who can sell, deploy and manage SecOps. We have been offered to partner with another reseller/partner. We are getting mixed information.

Yes, got the initial conversation started regarding SecOps. Were not expecting that we would have to work with another partner and not directly with Google to resell a Google service.
