Hello,
I created SLA counters per priority which counts down the MTTRespose and MTTResolution for cases. How can I review for which cases SLA was met, for which it was exceeded? How can I get both metrics for all cases by priority? Is there YARA-L endpoint for that?
I know it’s doable with Looker which will be decommissioned very soon, so I’m looking for solid and reliable method to provide SOC SLA Metrics.
