Hi all,

I'm trying to get some clarity on features available for SecOps MSSP clients.
Currently my SOAR implementation, provided by our MSSP, does not allow us to create new custom Dashboards, also we don't have access to the IDE. 
Other example is the Incident Manager, that I'm aware it will be decommissioned, but still...

I just wanted to understand, are MSSP clients restricted on the SOAR functionalities? Or should have access to everything within their own environment?

The specific functionalities available to MSSP clients depend on the user type.  Please reference this doc for the capabilities of different user types.

Just to add, whoever created your account had to map it to a Permission

The dropdown maps to the link from @kentphelps .  With this defined the sections below appear or not to match the licence type.  i.e. not every feature is accessible to every licence, so check both these toggles AND the licence type

Thank you for your answers.
In my case I'm already a Managed-Plus user, but would want access to the IDE.
But from what I understand it is not possible as an MSSP client
