I am starting recently on Chronicle; I have created a new project and enabled a Chronicle API, but the next step is creating a Chronicle instance. I am stock at this point. When I am trying to navigate to Google SecOps, it shows Contact Us. Please any help on how to fully set up chronicle Siem.

Google or an MSP are the only ones that I know of which are allowed to deploy the instance.
Once the instance is deployed, they will give you a `nonce` or a `one time activation code` which you tie into your new Chronicle project via the SecOps page.
