Hello team,

we are ingesting logs to our secops instance from a second organisation. When I want to check the export filter for that organisation, I receive the following error:

Does anyone know what might the issue be ?

Hi @Zorghost, in this scenario have you tried refreshing the same page (possibly more than once) to see if the page eventually does load correctly and the button that leads to Google SecOps appears?  I've also seen this on occasion but have been able to work through it by refreshing that same page until it loads correctly.

Thank you @vaskenh  for the reply.

What are the chances that this would be a permission issue ? if that was the case, would the error message be different ?

It might be worthwhile to submit this as a support case if you continue to see the same screen (with the red banner and without the SecOps button loading).   In my experience the screen can resolve itself with several refreshes which is why I am leaning toward it not being a permission issue, but if it persists on your side there might be more to it that I don't see.  Feel free to share the permissions of your principal here for additional detail.
