I need to trigger playbook when an analyst changes stage to notify. I used custom trigger with [case.stage]=Notify but it does not run the playbook. Request assistance how can it be acived. TIA

Playbooks do not trigger based on case stage change and are attached due to the context of the alert and trigger configuration or via manual attachment. Reaction triggers, which will allow what you are looking for, should be coming to SOAR late Q1/early Q2. For now, an alternative option would be to look at creating a quick action that attaches a playbook that changes case stage and performs the other steps you require.
