Please help us create a dashboard on Analyst-Wise Resolved Alerts dashboard(Who is working on which alert and the status), if that is possible in Chronicle SIEM.

This functionality and data you are requesting is not possible within the Chronicle SIEM, more-so is a feature within the SOAR platform.
