My Google account login works perfectly, but when I try to access the Google Cloud Console, I am blocked by a global restriction page. This happened because an API key was accidentally leaked on GitHub.
I have already completed all remediation actions outside the console:
- Completely deleted the public GitHub repository and completely scrubbed the Git commit history.
- Deleted the connected Vercel project to cut off all suspicious traffic.
I submitted multiple appeals through the restriction page, but I have not received a single automatic confirmation email, and the console remains completely locked. Because of this, I cannot even enter the console to delete the compromised API key inside GCP.
Can a Community Manager please escalate this to the Trust & Safety team for a manual review? I need temporary access to the console to revoke the leaked key and secure my project immediately.
