Could anyone please let me know how to rectify the below error. Logs are coming in through syslog but not getting forwarded to Chronicle.

The forwarder is reporting it cannot connect to "storage.googleapis.com." This often indicates an issue with network connectivity, such as DNS, firewall, or web proxy connectivity problems. You can see the connectivity requirements here: https://cloud.google.com/chronicle/docs/install/forwarder-linux#google_ip_address_ranges
