Quick question, I’m trying to use “siemplify.get_cases_by_filter()” and I don’t understand the usage of the “ticket_ids_free_search” field.
Where are ticket_ids linked to my case? How do I write/read it?

(Context: I’m trying to use comment syncing with Jira integration, but to do Jira → gsecops, it searches tickets id with ticket_ids_free_search in my cases, but that field seems to not exist.)
