What is the difference between entity fields and system fields in the mapping?

entity fields will generate entities, to be used for enrichment and more.

Could you explain in more detail? In the screenshot, you see system fields. Why do they not be enriched?

system field wont generate entities.

you can try appling another mapping family, try the default one ... but i would recommand a real one ... so maybe copy the default and name it with the one you are trying to build ...
