Hello, 

 

I am trying to use the Wiz SOAR integration in Secops to “Get Issue Details” from Wiz. I think I have the integration setup correctly. When I run the “Wiz Ping” action I get a successfully connected to the Wiz server message. 


However, when I run the “Get Issue Details” on a known Wiz threat issue ID - I get the following error: 

Any idea why this might be the case?

Can you try hard coding the Issue Identifier in the SOAR action and share the response to rule out issues with the value in the placeholder, unless you have already tried that? I found your support case on the issue as well.

Hello, 

 

The response above is from a hard-coded Issue ID, which I can see in Wiz is an open issue so in theory it should be able to see it? 

I was wondering whether the service account I created in Wiz for this integration which is using the type “Custom Integration (GraphQL API)” and has the API scope “read:issues, read:projects, write:issues” is correct?
