The reliability and accuracy of Webrisk API response is going bad and out of sync with the response to the malicious urls when browsed on the chrome.
Is there any plan or initiative to address these issues?

Which Web Risk APIs are you using and for what URLs are you noticing the discrepancy?
If you want to share a potentially blocklisted URL here, you can obfuscate via bracketing the dot characters and changing the protocol.
For example https://www.google.com/ → hxxps://www.google[.]com/ (this way the URLs are not clickable and won’t be blocked over email, etc)
