I’m experiencing the same issue you described. When I click the Submit button on the reCAPTCHA key generator page, absolutely nothing happens. No error message appears, and the page doesn’t respond at all.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Tested it on three different devices (PC and smartphone).
• Used multiple browsers, including Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, both in normal mode and incognito mode.
• Cleared cache and cookies on all browsers and disabled all extensions.
• Switched between different Google accounts and tried different networks (Wi-Fi, mobile data, and VPN).
• I even waited a few hours to see if it was a rate limit or temporary lock, but the issue persists.

I also noticed CSP errors in the console log and 401 Unauthorized responses for some scripts, including:

Refused to load the script 'https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js' due to a Content Security Policy directive.
401 (Unauthorized)

Has anyone managed to find a solution or workaround? Could this be a temporary issue on Google’s end? Any advice would be highly appreciated!
