Captcha bug

I think reCAPTCHA has a bug for me

im Trying to log into steam and I forgot my username, so I type my email and click I’m not a robot. It gives me what feels like thousands of prompts and then it tells me I’m a robot. I’m just trying to play my video games, I’m not a robot.
