We have reCAPTCHA set up within the EC-Force cart system, but it has been showing an error since last week.

We suspect this may be due to an update to the site key or secret key.

However, the person who originally configured it has since left the company, so we are unsure how to verify the current, correct site and secret keys.

Is there an admin panel or dashboard for reCAPTCHA where we can check this?

We would appreciate your guidance.

The admin panel to manage your reCAPTCHA key is the (legacy) reCAPTCHA Admin console

https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin

I don’t know anything about ec-force but this page references that console

https://support.ec-force.com/hc/ja/articles/7781741649945-reCAPTCHA-%E3%83%AA%E3%82%AD%E3%83%A3%E3%83%97%E3%83%81%E3%83%A3-V2

Note that reCAPTCHA is now managed in the GCP Cloud Console

https://console.cloud.google.com/security/recaptcha

But in both cases if you do not have access to the account (i.e. email) of the owner of the reCAPTCHA key then you cannot manage the key in either console. You should instead create a new reCAPTCHA key and update the External Account Management in ec-force
