Could you elaborate on which part you're unsure about?
In the meantime I would recommend you start with migrating your key if you want to take immediate action. Instructions here: https://cloud.google.com/recaptcha/docs/migrate-recaptcha
But as mentioned in the email we will do the migration for you later this year if you opt not to take any action now.
