Is there a black list or something that flags specific IPs as bots even if they are not.  

We are having issues with our employees getting blocked on all recaptcha sites.  I don't even know where to go with this.  It is able to reach recaptcha but we can't get much past that.  This of course means people keep retrying recaptcha over and over and over, causing the problem to be worse.  

What do I need to do here?
