With the migration to the new platform, will the old quotas currently announced in versions V2 and V3 (1000 calls per second or 1000000 calls per month) cease to exist?

My website has more than 10000 monthly checks with version v2, so will I be required to activate billing?

Is activating billing the same as using the Enterprise version?
