I started with recaptcha free https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create. I included all required fields, creating a new Google Cloud Project Name. Hit enter, nothing happened. No error, no change on page. Tried multiple browsers. Same result.
I thought may I need to create the Project before referencing its name. I did that on https://console.cloud.google.com/security/recaptcha/. Found no secret key.
