Recaptcha v3 form submission error

I’m using reCAPTCHA v3 with Contact Form 7.
The form is not submitting while captcha is enable. Existing forms submit successfully, but newly created forms fail with no visible error. It shows an error in orange box.
Removing reCAPTCHA immediately resolves the issue.
