We have ReCAPTCHA enterprise and have integrated with ReCAPTCHA v3 in our online application. Since about two weeks ago, ReCAPTCHA has been giving low scores, i.e. below 0.5, to a lot of our online users which prevented them from logging into their accounts. The number of low scores has increased by fivefold as compared to a couple of weeks ago, and is still in a trend of increasing.

Could you advise what might be the reason behind this, given we haven't made a change to our ReCAPTCHA implementation?

We are seeing the same pattern for the past few weeks in a web app. For us it's specifically with iOS users. Other useragents don't seem to be affected.

We are seeing the same, IOS driving the issue.  We have had to drop our lower limits and frantically feeding back assessments.  Seemed to start around 16th July, peaking around 23-26th.  Its still occurring and causing major issues for us

Is anyone else getting this.?  Its hard to tell if its just our accounts, or a global enterprise issue.  We are still experiencing high volumes of extremely low scores on IOS.  Tiktok in-app browsers seem particularly affected, but we are seeing the same trend on all traffic.

We're also seeing this for the past month. In our case it affects iOS users using both Safari and Chrome. We've disabled the check for iOS users for the time being. We will start considering alternatives, if this is not resolved.

We’re a UK-based eCommerce platform and we’ve been experiencing the same issue with ReCAPTCHA v3. We reached out to Google and were informed that a fix was applied on Friday, July 11th. We did notice an improvement over the weekend (11th –13th), but starting Monday the 14th, the low score issue resurfaced and has been increasing again.

Can you guys confirm if you're also seeing this same behaviour—temporary improvement followed by a return to low scores? It would be great to understand if this is a widespread issue.

Facing the same issue for about a week or two. Sudden drop of scores, and upon inspection of the user agent, it's mostly iOS browsers, but sometimes a few Samsung browser here and there. This is a massive headache, and no proper solution yet apart from lowering the threshold to 0.1 or simply ignoring the score, which is not ideal and a security risk.
Has anyone found any solution yet?
I don't think using a reverse proxy to load the re-captcha script would do any good.
