Regarding the automatic migration date and the invoice due date.

1. The 90-Day Timeline: The "90 days" was the notice period, not an exact migration date. Migrations are rolling out in phases, so your keys will be moved automatically in the coming months. For more info on the migration process, see the Migration overview.

2. Notification: You will receive an email inviting you to the new Google Cloud project. The email itself does not list specific domains; you will see which keys (and their domains) were migrated inside the Cloud Console after accepting the invite.

3. Billing Statements: Billing is digital only. If you add a billing account, you will receive email alerts when a bill is ready, and you can reports directly from the Google Cloud Console. For more info, see reCAPTCHA's billing information or the Cloud Billing documentation.

If you prefer not to wait for the automatic process, you can manually migrate your keys at any time using the migration tool here.

2.About Notification: 

We already have several domains that were migrated manually.
There are currently two domains pending migration.
Is it correct to assume that we will receive two invitation notifications?

Keys that share the same owner are migrated to the same project. If both keys have the same owners it would be a single invitation. 

If the two keys have different owners, they would be migrated to two different projects and the owners would each receive two invites.
