The account that set up this ReCaptcha is inaccessible because we do not know the last password used and the phone number associated with the account is no longer assigned.
We have no way to regain access to this account because the only option we are offered is to send an SMS.
+4In this case we would recommend simply replacing your existing key with a new one that you control. You can create new key here: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create.
Take a look at these installation instructions once you've created your key. You will need to replace the old 'KEY_ID' with the new one that you've created.
