OAuth app verification stuck "under review" 7+ weeks, blocking Calendar scope for production users

Hi all, hoping someone from Google can help or point me in the right direction.

Project: nimitai-crm

App name: NimitAI

OAuth Client ID: 496516719345-jrffgtms8fsv8qgovh12qdprl7qrgder.apps.googleusercontent.com

We submitted for OAuth verification on Aug 7, 2026. It's now been 7+ weeks, past the 4-6 week window stated in the Verification Center itself.

Current status in the Verification Center: Homepage requirements and Branding guidelines are marked complete (last reviewed Sep 7, 2026). The remaining four checks - Privacy policy requirements, App functionality, Appropriate data access, Request minimum scopes - still show "currently under review" with no further detail, and we haven't received any follow-up email from the Trust & Safety team asking for anything additional. We also checked our OAuth consent screen's Developer Contact Information inbox and found nothing from google-cloud-compliance@google.com, including spam/trash.

Requested scope: Google Calendar (sensitive scope), needed for our CRM's meeting scheduling feature.

Business impact: because Calendar is an unapproved sensitive scope, every new user who tries to connect Google Calendar sees the "Google hasn't verified this app" warning screen, and we're capped at 100 total users for this scope (currently 13/100) until verification completes. This is actively blocking onboarding of paying customers.

Would really appreciate it if someone could check whether this submission is waiting on reviewer action or missing something on our end. Happy to share any additional details needed. Thanks in advance.

Hi @nilansh-nimitai

I’m sorry to hear you're going through this. Our community here is focused specifically on Google Cloud's Security products (SecOps, Security Command Center, GTI, etc) and your issue appears to be with Google Workspace.  Have you tried reaching out to their Admin Community?  https://workspace.google.com/support/.
