Some compliance reports require you to sign in with a Google Cloud or Workspace account.
For SOC 2 / ISO reports, use the Compliance Reports Manager. If access is still blocked, contact your Google Cloud admin or support.
The DPA and most Responsible AI / AI security documentation are publicly available and don’t require Compliance Reports Manager access.
