Our production project (tapo-rqe3mh) has been suspended for over a week due to suspected credential compromise. We immediately rotated all API keys, revoked compromised credentials, verified there are no unauthorized resources, and submitted an appeal. Our production application is completely unavailable, affecting all customers. We are requesting confirmation that our appeal is under review and asking whether this case can be escalated due to the ongoing business impact.
