Project suspended 3 weeks (CONSUMER_SUSPENDED) โ€” paying users locked out, need data export โ€” no T&S response

โ–Ž My production Google Cloud project has been suspended since June 2, 2026 and I cannot get a

โ–Ž substantive response from the Trust & Safety team. I'm hoping someone here can help

โ–Ž escalate.

โ–Ž Project: immo-fluss-app-v1-c57c1 (project number [removed by moderator] )

โ–Ž What happened: A leaked, under-restricted API key was abused by a third party for

โ–Ž high-volume Gemini / Generative Language requests โ€” confirmed by Cloud Monitoring (~114k

โ–Ž requests on May 17/18, ~228k on June 2/3, almost entirely from one credential). This was

โ–Ž not authorized usage.

โ–Ž Remediation done: Deleted the abused key (June 3, verified gone), removed all Gemini usage

โ–Ž from the client (now server-side only behind an authenticated Cloud Function), restricted

โ–Ž all remaining API keys, removed service-account/signing credentials from the repo, added

โ–Ž billing alerts + anomaly monitoring.

โ–Ž The problem: ImmoFluss is a property-management app with paying customers who are now

โ–Ž locked out of their own data. I appealed on June 8, followed up June 12, and contacted

โ–Ž billing support on June 23 โ€” but reinstatement has no timeline and, while suspended, I

โ–Ž cannot export Firestore or Cloud Storage at all.

โ–Ž What I'm asking:

โ–Ž 1. Can anyone help escalate the reinstatement review? It's been ~3 weeks.

โ–Ž 2. Is there ANY way to get a one-time data export / temporary read-only access โ€” just to

โ–Ž migrate my customers' data โ€” even before the final reinstatement decision?

โ–Ž I have a legal obligation to give my customers access to their data and I'm running out of

โ–Ž time. Any pointer to the right team would be hugely appreciated. Thank you.
