Hello Firebase Support Team,

I am contacting you because my Firebase / Google Cloud project  Insearch V2 (Project ID: insearch-v2) has been suspended by the Google Cloud Platform Trust & Safety team, and I have been unable to obtain any update regarding my appeal.

Trust & Safety Ticket Reference ID:
3O4NVP4AWLPS35MJXPS2V6N3MU

I submitted my appeal on June 20, and since then I have sent multiple follow-up messages. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or status update for over two weeks.

This project is extremely important to my business. Our company uses this application every day for courier dispatching, employee management, timesheets, and operational coordination. Because of the suspension, our business operations have been severely disrupted, and we are currently unable to operate normally.

During my investigation, I reviewed the repository history, credentials, API keys, and project configuration. I also analyzed the billing reports and discovered significant Gemini API charges (approximately $70).

This usage is unexpected because  my application does not provide any AI functionality to users. There are no Gemini-powered features, AI chat, AI assistants, or AI generation features in the application.

After the first suspension, I mistakenly believed that the issue was related to the API keys created in **Google AI Studio**, so I removed those keys. However, after further investigation, I now understand that removing AI Studio keys alone was not sufficient and that the Gemini API activity may originate elsewhere within the Google Cloud project.

Once the project is restored, I am fully committed to immediately investigating and eliminating the source of this activity. I will review and disable any unnecessary Gemini-related APIs, credentials, service accounts, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run services, Firebase Extensions, or any other configuration that could be responsible for the unexpected Gemini API usage.

I respectfully ask for any assistance you can provide. If Firebase Support is unable to restore the project directly, I would greatly appreciate if this request could be forwarded or escalated to the appropriate Google Cloud Trust & Safety team, or if you could help determine the current status of my appeal.

If possible, I would also appreciate any information regarding the source of the Gemini API activity, including the API key, service account, service, or resource involved, so I can permanently resolve the issue.

I am fully committed to bringing the project into complete compliance with Google policies and implementing any corrective actions recommended by Google immediately after access is restored.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance. Any help or status update would be greatly appreciated, as this project is critical to the daily operation of my business.

Sincerely,

Project Owner
