We are new to using reCAPTCHA enterprise and wanted to see if anyone has had firsthand experience on how to handle a situation when the reCAPTCHA endpoints are unavailable?
Was there any try catch type code added to the webpage to avoid having issue at a later date?

Hi @willie

What's the error message you're receiving? Does your website support capturing the code for reCAPTCHA? Some websites may only support reCAPTCHA on the legacy model.

Also, are you setting up a score-based site key or check box site key

Hi LarryNic, we are currently using score-based site key and do not have any errors however management has asked for us to plan ahead since the website has a high foot traffic and just looking for any lesson learned and/or what to expected if at any time the reCAPTCHA endpoint was not reachable. Primary since the sign in flow requires a score close to 1 to complete the login process.
